Sandra Hiscock

Sandra was a leading professional educator who taught in nine high schools, four as an executive, over a forty-year career. As principal at Yass High School for six years Sandra was active in various community and educational organisations, including the Yass Hospital Advisory Board, Yass Community Support Services and Council Advisory Panel, Yass Rotary (Paul Harris Fellow) and the South Coast Regional Secondary Principals’ Council: she was also Burrinjuck Woman of the Year in 2014 (NSW Govt Award). Previously Sandra was Senior Student Services Officer for the southern South Coast Region, responsible for the delivery of the full ranges of support services to schools and their communities.

Sandra has been a volunteer with SHCH since January 2020, a director since November 2020, company secretary since May 2021to Oct 24, services coordinator since October 2021 and chair since Oct 2025.
