Leave a gift in your Will

The Southern Highlands Community Hospice is committed to supporting and funding people in need of palliative care throughout the Southern Highlands. We fund patients through our partnerships with palliative care service providers, and also provide pharmaceutical funding, and carer support and costs associated with equipment hire.

From palliative care specialist nursing in aged care facilities to hospice-in-the-home funding, we will continue to seek broader palliative care funding opportunities that directly respond to today’s evolving hospice care demands.

Our current funding models and achievements are only possible through the amazing fashion and furniture donations we regularly receive from the Southern Highlands Community. These items are then sold through our retail shop, ‘Timeless Fashion and Furniture,’ located on Bong Bong Street, Bowral.

Our future will only be limited by the volume of support we receive.

When considering estate beneficiaries, we ask you to please consider in your legacy, a bequest to Southern Highlands Community Hospice, to ensure our light continues to shine in supporting and funding palliative care patients throughout our community.

Making a bequest in your Will ensures that your loved ones and the causes you care about are well provided for. It also ensures that the administration of your affairs is handled smoothly and correctly.

There are a number of ways you can leave a gift in your Will for the the Southern Highlands Community Hospice. These include:

  • A percentage of your estate
  • The residue of your estate
  • Specific gift amount
  • Gifts of property
