On Friday 18 September, our board met and officially welcomed our newest directors, Dr Michael Ryan and Mark Welsh, alongside our incoming Company Secretary, Liz Pratley. It’s an exciting time of growth and fresh perspectives for our team! 

Retail Manager, Sarah Vincent, shared her report singing the praises of our incredible Timeless volunteers. They have been doing an amazing job navigating the influx of visitors to the Southern Highlands for Tulip Time. Thank you to everyone in our community who answered the call for quality spring and summer clothing—the response has been spectacular! Behind the scenes, several project improvements are well underway to support our team and operations. This month, we are rolling out new shop security cameras, fire training for our volunteers, and upgraded high-speed internet, and we are completing essential repairs to both our delivery van and roller doors.
